Do not book! This company only exists on paper. Wheb booking the tour, I didn’t receive a starting time. In hinsight this was a red flag. On the previous day, I visited the office of tour operator, Cooltours, but it was closed even though the notice in the window it said I was within open hours. Tried calling the office, but went straight to the answering machine. Sent email, no reply. Asked another bike rental company about this company and they said that the company only exists on paper. The owners seem to have other priorities at the moment.

Balade ideale à 4 ( plus le guide) pour decouvrir les incontournables du vieux Cracovie sans marcher avec les ados ! Le PLUS est que cette visite n etait proposée qu en anglais, notre anglais est " scolaire" , nous nous etions dis si on ne comprend rien, on se sera baladé. En fait notre sympathique guide Max s est adapté à notre niveau d anglais, avec une pincée de polonais et un zest de français et google nous a aussi aidé. Ce fut tres amusant pour tous, un bon moment convivial, culturel, et de revision collective d anglais .Merci
