We were recommended Pawel of Executive Transfers by a friend who had used the company before. We booked them for transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, and also for a private trip to the salt mines and Birkenau/Auschwitz. The service was amazing with both Pawel and his driver dressed very smartly and arriving in Mercedes vehicles. They were courteous opening the doors for us on the vehicle and helping with our luggage. We booked the whole trip with them for the salt mines and Auschwitz, the tickets of which were included in the price, and on arrival at each destination, they collected the tickets and arranged entry for us. At allocated collection times they were on time waiting at the pick-up point arranged. They offered a huge knowledge of the area and it was great to have a chat about the country one-to-one and not be on a general tour with other members of the public. They offered a reliable, very good value for money service and would definitely use them again if we went back to Krakow.
