During your short stay in Krakow do not want to waste your time, select Auschwitz and Salt Mines one day tour. This will save you time and money!! First you will go to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp where you can learn more about the Nazi occupation of Poland and the atrocities committed by the Third Reich. The English guided tour in both camps will takes approximately 3 hours with a local guide. After visiting both camps the driver will takes you to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka A complex of underground excavations consisting of 3 thousand chambers of the total length of 300 km at levels from 64 to 327 meters deep. Inscribed onto the First UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage List in 1978. The English guided tour in the Mine will takes approximately 2,5 hours with a local guide

  • Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Oswiecim, Poland
    You will be taken first to Auschwitz I, where you will join an English tour – provided by the museum (around 2 hours). After that, we will transfer you to Auschwitz II-Birkenau. You will spend there with the same guide about one hour.

    After visiting bot hcamps, you will be transferred to Wieliczka Salt Mine, which happens to be one of the oldest working salt mines in the World: it has been producing salt for over 700 years. Your tour will takes about 2.5-hours journey through over 2.5-km tourist route full of chambers with amazing salt carvings

Highly recommend this trip, great communication from the Company and then the driver who collected us. Our driver was excellent, professional, friendly and polite. We ordered the lunch bag from him which was good value and very tasty. We were very concerned after reading lots of posts on social media about trips being cancelled last minute or having to leave at 4:00 am to queue for tickets but our concerns were completely unfounded. We were picked up at 7:40 am as arranged and our driver Bartek had our tickets for the 9:30 tour. He then met us with our lunch in the 30 minute break before the shuttle to Birkenau. After the shuttle returned us to Aushwitz Bartek was waiting for us to take us to the salt mines.

Very well organised. Communicated well by text and email. Pick up was on time. Guide (Mario) was excellent, coach was good, transfer from Salt Mines to Auschwitz went smoothly, them Mario came into his own with a respectful but passionate commentary around Auschwitz and the Death camps. Arrived back at Krakow where we were picked up.

When I see the thousands of hair. And shoes of Jews murdered by German SS soldiers and my experience when we went down to salt mine
