We will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment between 07:00-09:30am. We will sent you exact pick up time one or two days before your trip by message or text.
Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We received an excellent service from Krakow Discovery. All communication was quick and clear. We were told our pick-up times in advance. Our driver, Konrad, explained everything and always had our tickets ready. The day went by without any problems. The day full day with both the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tours takes around 11 hours. I highly recommend this service if you want to do both those things.

So glad we booked through this company. Our driver Bartek was great and everything was organised seamlessly for us without us having to think - meant we could focus fully on the places we were visiting rather than logistics etc. We were offered lunch for an extra charge but decided to bring our own food instead and there was no issue with that at all, we could leave our bag in the van during the tours.

Great communication when booking with Slawek, Krakow Discovery. We travelled as a family of 6 and booked the full day Auschwitz and Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt mines. We were picked up at our apartments on time with communication the day before to confirm details. They also offered to organise a picnic lunch to save time between tours as there is not much time at all! It was a long day but definitely worth it and we were back early evening with lots of time for dinner. There is lots of walking involved. Definitely recommend booking with Krakow Discovery. Professional, friendly and helpful. We also booked the day tour to Zacopane, again good communication the day before and picked up at our apartments.
