We will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment between 07:00-09:30am. We will sent you exact pick up time one or two days before your trip by message or text.
Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great communication when booking with Slawek, Krakow Discovery. We travelled as a family of 6 and booked the full day Auschwitz and Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt mines. We were picked up at our apartments on time with communication the day before to confirm details. They also offered to organise a picnic lunch to save time between tours as there is not much time at all! It was a long day but definitely worth it and we were back early evening with lots of time for dinner. There is lots of walking involved. Definitely recommend booking with Krakow Discovery. Professional, friendly and helpful. We also booked the day tour to Zacopane, again good communication the day before and picked up at our apartments.

We had a great experience visiting both attractions during our visit to Krakow. Since both Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt mine were located outside of Krakow and require some traveling, the tour by Krakow Discovery allows us to visit both place in the same day. As for the tour itself, our driver Bartek was extremely helpful and friendly during the trip. He reached out to check and see if we would need lunch and offer to arrange for that if we need it. He was also able to help us with little mishap (on our part) in regards to name on the ticket which we were very grateful for. Overall, I definitely recommend this tour for anyone who consider visiting both attractions.

Superb trip to Auschwitz, Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine. Everything was extremely well organised and it was a pleasure to spend the day in the company of our driver Bartek.
