We will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment between 07:00-09:30am. We will sent you exact pick up time one or two days before your trip by message or text.
Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
  • Our cars will be disinfection before each service
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was the perfect trip to learn about the Auschwitz camps and Salt Mines. Our tour guide was so passionate and full of knowledge which made the experience so much better as we learned so much this day! It was heartbreaking to see both camps and hear about experiences there but equally so important to always want to learn and not forget! Everything was organised well as we were picked up, driven round and dropped off with all passes included to make it a stress free day.
