  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Couldn’t recommend this service anymore. Reserved 2 seats and Slawek contacted us the next day to confirm pick up time. Picked up from hotel in Krakow at 08:15 & dropped to our restaurant reservation at 15:30. Paid at the end of trip (both euros and pl accepted). I would recommend this trip specifically as: - No point doing Aushwitz without a guide, to understand what some of the ruins used to be - do Aushwitz & salt mines on different days as there is a lot of walking involved in both - this tour group helps you skip any queues & the driver is waiting to pick you up in the car park so no delays An unmissable experience!
