We paid about 100 euros for this tour and were at the meeting point at 20 minutes before the scheduled time. No one was there at the time of the tour so we called the number figuring on our booking document ... to hear a local gentleman tell us that it was his personal cell phone and he had stopped working with this agency 5 months before! We were left there with no alternative and ended up paying whatever local tour we found to do as much as we could that half day as we were leaving in the afternoon. We contacted Viator and the online helper said he would come back to us. It has been 48 hours now ( Monday 6th evening 21.30 and still no feedback nor refund of the money spent . Hopefully Viator will refund us this money very soon as I had used the Viator services before and never had any issue. This one was clearly a scam and hopefully will be corrected by their services urgently! Marc

It was very disappointing the tour did not include a visit to Schindler's Factory. The guide took my husband and I to the factory and informed us that the tour does not include visiting it. Very disappointing and misleading. I would not have booked it if I knew about it at the time of booking. In addition,the guide we had did not provide much information. We walked around and he pointed out buildings and sights and that was it. It was also difficult to understand him.
