Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Pre-book your transfer from Krakow Airport and enjoy a hassle free vacation! This is a private transfer service so the price is the same for groups of 1-3 people who will be transferred in a private car and the same price will apply for groups of 4-7 people who will be transferred in a minivan.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Price is per person, based on 8 persons per car/vehicle
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The pickup never happened
Our plane was delayed and when I called they never picked us up.i was ver very disappointed

Good pick up however was taken to wrong hotel. There is more than one Ibis in Krakow. I was taken to the budget one instead of Centrum. By the time I realised this the driver had left. It was the middle of the night and I had to wait for some time for a taxi and of course extra cost. Please ensure drivers have the correct address.

The transfer was perfect in every way. Our driver was there waiting for us and got us to our hotel in now time.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
