If you are flying to Krakow, your driver will meet you at the arrival hall with your name on a plate.
If you are coming by a train, driver will wait for you at the platform with your name on a plate.
For return transfer - exact pickup time will be confirmed with your driver.

  • Children under 2 years must travel in a baby carrier.
  • This service is provided in specially adapted cars to be comfortable and safe
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
