Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed to carry one standard-size piece of luggage + hand luggage
Children under 2 years must travel in a baby carrier. Please advise at the time of booking under 'Special Requirements' if you need a carrier
We also offer transport for disabled persons. This service is provided in specially adapted cars to be comfortable and safe. You will be assisted in getting into the car as well as upon arrival at destination. Vehicles are equipped with approved ramps and safety locking systems to ensure comfort and safety when traveling. In this case we have available 5 standard seats and space for one wheelchair.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We have our diver Simon F working for Taxi bus Krakow to thank for this he was waiting for us with our names displayed and he took our case and led the way to his van.
He was very caring and helpful with our son who was in his wheelchair.

Very punctual. Even arrived early to pick us up to take us back to the airport. The only thing I could suggest is that they could be a bit more talkative, rather than driving in silence.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
