You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We used this Transfer to go from Airport to our chosen hotel perfect service so decided to use them again going back to Airport. Bang on time to collect us (4 adults with 4 case's) reasonable price lovely clean mini van would use again when we visit Krakow again would highly recommend
