  • IMPORTANT: Please provide your accommodation address and flight number at the time of booking. If you don't know the flight number, please share your landing time and route.
  • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked easily online in English, with a confirmation email and text. However, the driver turned up 10-15 minutes late.
