The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Suntransfers Poland, was an excellent experience once again,both drivers to and from the airport were great,helpful and friendly, on time,contacted by Peter by WhatsApp to let us know vehicle and time of pick up,again all vehicles were in imacculate condition. Transfers from airport to krakow by Dawid who messaged after landing and told us where to find him outside and return by Max Szkatula who messaged when outside the hotel and sent pic of minibus on WhatsApp to show exactly where he was parked. Both drivers very knowledgeable with good tips on places to visit and excellent spoken English. Will definitely use again when we return to Krakow
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
