  • Please provide your flight number, as well as the date and time of arrival at Krakow Airport (KRK Balice) during the booking process.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very polite, Messaged me to let me know that passport control will take a while but reassured me that he will be waiting, to let him know when we are through and got bags then told me where to go to meet the taxi. Very welcoming and chatty. Told us lots of information on where we were looking to go. On time. Very good and made the transition from airport to hotel very relaxing.
