Meet your driver at arrivals at Katowice Airport (airport code KTW) for your transfer to Krakow City. Find your driver easily as they will be holding a greetings sign with your name. Your driver will be obligated to wait at arrivals 45 min after the plane has landed. If you will need more time to meet your driver please inform us as soon as possible.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is my second time to use Cracow Holidays. Wojciech is wonderful to deal with, communication is excellent. Airport pick up & drop off were on time, luxury cars & drivers with perfect English.
