If some of the staff working outside selling tickets were to help the poor staff working inside it would cut down time spent queuing to get in…….. save your money & time, the only illusion was how quickly they made your money vanish ????????????

Seriously save your money! The VR headsets didn’t work, the 7D ride was blurry and out of focus (and it was not my eye sight!) and we didn’t even try the attractions on the second site after walking in and it looking like a health and safety hazard! There was no order or structure and no obvious route to take; very confusing. We got a full refund with no quibbles from “the host”!

Great small quirky museum which is really fun. The illusion museum has a lot of optical illusions which are marvellous to see and there is the 'upside down' room which is fun to take photos in alongside the cartoon room. All ages can be amused by this museum from little ones to 100+ it's a fun place to be
