We booked our arrival transfer as it was 9pm and we didn’t want to figure out trains etc. Wiktoria sent us instructions on what to do when we arrived via WhatsApp … we got a very clear photo of where for stand and what to do. Was an incredibly smooth pickup and they took us right to our accommodation. We were so impressed we booked airport return transfer too :)

Transfers with this company are efficient, reasonably priced and the staff are professional and friendly. It is easy to communicate with all queries being answered promptly. Would recommend this service to anyone requiring transfers whilst in krakow
