*If you are staying in the area closed for traffic or walk-zones, it is difficult or impossible to stop at your address, we will pick you up at the nearest possible place.

  • Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 centimetres (roughly 12 x 8 x 4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luggage store in Auschwitz.
  • Free tickets for an individual entrance, are available to collect at the day of the visit, only at the official museum ticket office. Every participant collects a ticket personally. Tickets are per name, to receive ticket it is mandatory to have any document or ID. Tour operator always try to help all participants to collect tickets for the individual entrance for themselves, but do not provide tickets by itself. On tour with the guide, tickets and guide service are included in the price.
  • Operates in all weather conditions, but remember that it is a memorial site, please dress appropriately
  • Regarding Terms of Use at the Auschwitz & Birkenau Museum, it is mandatory to provide full names of all participants of the tour.

    My family booked this expedition months in advance. Paid for the experience and one day before the tour was to happen. It was canceled. Fortunately I paid with a visa, but they have yet to refund our money. Please do not use this company as it is now one month later, and there is no resolution.

    This is an incredible tour. It has everything, Auschwitz and Birkenau are both very emotional places to visit as it explains to you the horrific experiences prisoners had to endure through the Second World War, and the Salt Mines tour is an unbelievable experience, would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Our guide Daniel was also very helpful and informative.

    Excellent service, very informative, they even sent a text on the morning advising that they were running a few minutes late. Plenty of comfort breaks, and time for a drink. Guides at both sites were excellent. The lady on our mini bus was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was happy xx great company to book your tours with x
