Bad experience, we had booked the trip about three weeks before departure, the day before leaving Italy they informed us that the tour was canceled due to organizational problems. Now we had decided to go to Krakow mainly to visit the camp. But they aren't interested in anything, they canceled my trip and despite my insistence they didn't find a solution for me. To tell the truth, the cost of the excursion will be reimbursed, but who would compensate me for the damage? Luckily, through friends, I was still able to go and visit Auschwitz, but you can't leave a customer stranded without finding an alternative. Don't book for them, your needs mean nothing, they are absolutely not interested in having left you in the lurch. Run away………..
