Top class hassle free waiting at airport very comfortable transport text day prior for return. Journey arrived for collection dead on time English speaking and very friendly will definitely use again when in Krakow

My flight got delayed. No one showed up and ended up spending money on a taxi. I reached out to viator and company and no refund. Not bitter about it as I get 2am was late for a pickup but I would suggest getting a taxi instead of car service in krakow.

Je recommande a 100%. Chauffeur très gentil, à l’heure, si un jour nous revenons à Cracovie nous reprendrons le meme taxis ???????? Merci beaucoup
