Excellent service! Damian was both friendly and very professional. On time in the arrivals hall. Clear explanation re travel time etc. to our hotel with interesting information about Krakow and Poland on the journey. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Booked a 'meet & greet' at the airport, no sign of them after 30 minutes. Contacted Viator who said they would email them. Had to take a taxi and get ripped off with the 'fixed price'. They then disputed it, claiming they were there on time and a photo of the departure board 40 minutes after the agreed pickup time. Viator refused to refund and we had to claim back via our credit card company. Would not recommend.

Very polite and helpful driver with a clean and comfortable Mercedes. We got information of attractions and restaurants during the trip. The restaurants that he recommended was very good. The perfect start for our Krakow tour.
