Booked this transfer via Trip Advisor, and received my booking confirmation via the website. So far so good. Flight was running late, so WhatsApp'd the taxi company when leaving the airport to say flight delay, then messaged again when arrived at Krakow airport to say flight arrived. Got a message back saying "what booking, never confirmed!!", despite me having a TA booking confirmation. To be fair, the taxi operator then phoned me to say that a driver had been dispatched and would greet us in Arrivals, which he did, and he took us direct to our hotel. Not sure what went wrong between TA and the taxi operator, but wasn't the smooth airport transfer we'd hoped for.

Alexander our driver met us, he was lovely, polite, informative, telling us exactly what he said going to do and where we were going. He obviously loves his home town and chatted happily to us on our journey. Thank you Alexander

The driver Martin made good contact with me and was easy to contact in return, the vehicle was in good condition and very clean, Martin also gave us some tips on things to do and easy ways to get around the city. No problems at all
