    Your trip to Salt Mine will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment. The journey from Krakow to Wieliczka takes about 40 minutes. Information about your pick up time you will get one day before the trip.

    Visiting the Wieliczka Salt Mine takes 3 hours. Before visiting, you will receive headphones to better hear the guide. The entire route is less than 3 km and there are over 800 stairs to climb. However, they are beaten in batches. Return to the top is the elevator.

It was simply amazing. Bartek is punctual, precise, kind, sociable, attentive. The best driver and guide you can have from many different point of view. Not to say how beautiful the Salt mine is: this is an experience you want to have at least once in a lifetime.

Great service from driver Szczepan, who took us all the way to the entrance for foreign visitors and made sure we had the best place in line. The tour of the salt mine was amazing, unique in the world! After finishing Szczepan was kind enough to recommend and take us to a nice restaurant on a boat where we had a delightful lunch overlooking the Vistula river. This was the third service we contracted with Welcome in Cracow and it confirmed the professionalism + quality of their service!

We were wondering to visit Salt Mine and it was great idea! Its absolutely amazing place. Our driver picked up from our hotel he was exact on time, very nice way to Salt Mine, drive smoothly and nice talkative so we werent bored. Highly recommended.
