We took the tour on Sat 2nd Nov, with Mateusz Barski as our guide. We had a small group of 6, 4 of use and a lovely couple over from Israel. Mat was a very friendly guy who certainly knew his stuff. He was informative and, more importantly talked to you, rather than at you. I've been on tours where the rep was more like a tape recording whereby anything off-script l was a no-no. Mat couldn't have been more different. He listened to questions and answered them honestly and with good humour. We wanted to see where the locals went as that's always a good indicator of quality. I won't spoil the tour for others by naming names but the variety of locations, and foods and drinks, were fantastic. We had actually walked by a couple of places the day before not giving a second glance, more fool us. We went back some in following days. One in particular was nothing from outside but amazing inside. Please consider this tour. Food and drink from the start excellent. Local insight and explanations invaluable. You may be lucky and get Mat (I'm sure other guides are equally lovely but I can't comment ;) Personal note to Mat - thanks matey you made were a great guide and we all loved the tour and Carol loves the umbrella.
