Kuta, Denpasar, Bali 80361, 80361 Badung, ID *An OPTIONAL 48V 'Spare Battery' may also be requested at an extra cost of Rp 100K/Battery/E-Bike. PLEASE NOTE: All Batteries must RECHARGE BEFORE the 'Last Level Indicator Bar Blinks.' DEPOSIT: Please present an 'ORIGINAL PASSPORT' or a valid Identification Card, and place of stay to be scanned and noted by our Team. All Rentals Availability are at the discretion of the Ezyriders Team, depending on delivery location, availability and how many bikes are needed per group.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Place was locked up no bikes available after messaging a set time for collection. Place was closed no answer to 5 messages trying to get a refund now

Easy to rent an ebike, very nice people. Ebikes are good suitable to use on the beach. I cycled all the way to Seminyak and back, stopping in between for lunch and fotoshooting. Check the tides, two hours before and after hightide the beach becomes a bit narrow.

E bikes were fun to ride around beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful letting us know about e bikes.
