Amazing tour! Kouske is very knowledgeable about his town Kyoto and will show you all around, and even take you to spots were only locals go. From the start of the tour he arrived at the hotel on time , and was flexible with planning the day around our interests. He will recommend restaurants and take you to an excellent spot not known to tourists , depending on what you want for lunch . As he guides he around he gives a wealth of information and history on the site , and while driving around. If you want to visit Kyoto and get to all the major must sees. Then booking this tour is a must l!

My number one travel tip for traveling in foreign countries is to hire a private tour guide. Ko did not disappoint! There is no way we could have seen the things we saw or learned the things we learned without Ko as our guide. We let him have free reign to plan the things that were a must see in Kyoto. He picked us up from our AirBnb in a comfortable van and cold water waiting for us. We saw many beautiful places and we learned about Kyoto, it’s history, and it’s culture. This is a must do while visiting Japan. The highlight of our trip was lunch. Ko brought us to a local restaurant that had the most amazing food.
