Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Slide through the jungle with our longest and safest zip lines in the country two kilometers long, reach a speed of up to 70 km/h, and finish with a free fall jump. Drive our buggies through our private circuit of extreme roads and swim in our natural river with clear water.
Ride through the middle of the jungle with our horses in semi-freedom that are calm and agile so you can enjoy the wild fauna, get on the only chairlift in the Dominican Republic that will make you want the best views of the park and finally, get to know the country's culture with our safari in which you will get to know the Dominican and local culture and taste traditional food in our buffet that you will not be able to enjoy in any hotel.
We offer a kids' club for little kids, with tons of activities while they wait for the older ones.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This place was amazing. We had a great time. The food was better than the resort however, we are still waiting for the photos from vip package from almost a week ago :( have contacted La Hacienda several times and still not resolved.

La hacienda is a must do in DR . Very organized , all activities are fun , beautiful views , food was amazing and great quality . The staff is the best of all , made us have an amazing day
