At the exit of the airport there will be a representative with a sign and your name on it waiting for you to take you to your destination. For the return we will contact you to coordinate the departure time you want. Do not worry if your flight is delayed because we track it.

Absolutely terrible experience with both the airport transfer service and Viator. The transfer was not there upon my arrival to the airport, I attempted to message them for over 30 minutes and did not receive a response until 90 minutes later. I ended up paying a taxi $100 to take us to our resort, and then Viator refused to refund my money because, even though they were 90 minutes late, technically my transfer did show up. Absolutely terrible service.

They were actually a bit early each leg and made it all super easy. They were very nice, too! I recommend them and would use them again.

Smooth experience! Could easily find them at the airport upon arrival with our name, and he arrived early on the day of pickup. Our driver was great, and it was so nice to have a private ride rather than being on an overcrowded airport transfer bus. 10/10 recommend!
