Rising to 12,388 feet (3,776 metres), Mount Fuji is the tallest mountain in Japan and is known for its graceful conical form. It is the country's sacred symbol, and temples and shrines are located around and on the volcano. In English, Fiji means; a spun silk clothing fabric in plain weave originally made in Japan. The average monthly temperature at the summit of Mt. Fuji is below freezing for almost all months, other than for a period of time in the summer, and has an average annual temperature of approximately −7ºC. Tour duration is approx 10 hours including commuting time. They are a Natural monument of Japan, part of the Mount Fuji World Heritage Site, and one of Yamanashi Prefecture's important tourist attractions.

    The five-storied Chureito Pagoda in Yamanashi Prefecture is a key part of Japan’s most recognizable landscape—the area around Mount Fuji. It honors those lost from the First Sino-Japanese War in 1868 all the way to WWII. Today, the pagoda stands proudly as the centerpiece for Arakura Sengen Shrine.

The lavender blooms from the middle of June to the middle of July, which it means it is unlikely that Mt Fuji will have a snow cap.

The mall is managed by Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Mitsubishi Estate and Simon Property Group. Note: If you would like to visit this attraction then Mt. Fuji 5th Station will be excluded from the itinerary due to time constraint.

Overpriced, nothing other than a driver, almost zero information about what we were visiting. Also, the driving and the car were not great. The car was a 10-15 year old mid-sized Honda van, not the large white SUV in the driver’s WhatsApp image. Even though we were late back due to Sunday afternoon return to Tokyo traffic (which bizarrely the driver seemed surprised by), he drove at 38 MPH down a major freeway, with even trucks passing us.

Shan was a great tour guide! He tailored the experience to our interests. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He pointed out areas of interest and provided the history. Mt Fuji was breathtaking. Totally worth this excursion!

No se ha cumplido con el itinerario por parte del chofer, se ha saltado dos paradas y la ultima nos ha dado la excusa de que habia un accidente y no se podia acceder. Ademas nos ha hecho pagar 1500Y por el parking de Chureito Pagoda…en definitiva el chofer tenia prisa para volver a su casa….NO CONTRATEN CON ESTE TOUROPERADOR
