Using Mia Limo was the best decision I made for my parents' Rome trip. I arranged for my parents and their friends to use Mia Limo for all of their transportation needs during a recent Rome visit, and Matteo (the owner) was super responsive and helpful. Antonio (the driver) was also great and made the trips super comfortable for my parents. One particular shoutout to the team - I had to make last-minute changes to the arrangements, and I wasn't able to provide exact timing or location for the pickup, and Matteo and Antonio went above and beyond to make sure Antonio would be waiting exactly where my parents needed to be picked up and right on time. Thank you, Matteo and Antonio! If I make it over to Rome for my own trip, I will definitely be contacting you!
