Our experience was a tad overwhelming. Knowing that our flights were cancelled. Which we did not share with him. Sergi. He was amazing he told us everything and more, my sons were well in awe with information he shared with us. He got us through all the tight streets and showed with us many experiences which we know others will not know, especially when streets were closed in 2024. His knowledge is incredible about Rome, he shared this with us. This year many roads were closed, but he managed, because how well he know the area fabulous. He showed us the top of roads that lead to Rome. He is ambassador to your service and I hope many others experience his service. Thank you credit to this man, thank you from the risk family

It was a good experience however the chat function was not efficient as the company did not reply. Getting picked up was difficult and not clear where the pickup location was as well the driver was not holding a sign nor was able to call me for whatever reason. Luckily we called their office and got ahold of someone straight away then we linked up with the driver. Professional beautiful van for two wheelchairs and 5 ppl

Great time exploring Rome before heading to the airport! Our flight back to the U.S. was mid-afternoon, so we thought we’d make the most of our time after leaving the cruise ship early in the morning. Our driver did a wonderful time sharing the sights of Rome before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!
