I needed a ride for 6 people from the cruise port in Rome to the hotel, then to a tour. Our timeline was very, very tight. The driver was prompt, friendly and helpful in every way. He even called his boss to arrange a ride back to our hotel following the tour. Vladimir went above and beyond, thanks!
