Horrible experience with Myloveitaly tours. They never showed up at the designated meeting point nor did they notify us that our trip had been canceled. We waited for over an hour, tried texting, emailing and even made a phone call (no answer) to find out what's going on. After I sent an email stating that I was planning on leaving a negative review, I have been sent harassing emails from Andrea at Myloveitaly DAILY. Andrea said they would report me to the police and sue me for libel! Since then, I've received emails telling me to "turn my brain on ", called me arrogant, etc. Very unprofessional to say the least!

Unfortunately, the tour company (Myloveitaly) never showed up at the designated meeting point, nor did they inform us that the tour was canceled. We waited for over an hour and even phoned them (no answer). I sent them an email stating that I will encourage Viator not to do business with them. I received an email back from this tour operator (Myloveitaly), and they said they would call the police on me and sue me for defamation! However, Viator was wonderful and promptly refunded the $374 . Thank you Viator.

magnifique jardin, des oeuvres monumentales tres impressionantes ! Une demi journée suffit , par contre pour permettre une meilleure appreciation des oeuvres , le nombre de visiteurs est limité, pas question d'y aller sans avoir au prealable reservé sur le site
