Driver was great! Punctual and very helpful! It was chaos getting off the ship but this made it a lot easier knowing we had a driver already there.

Texted to confirm pickup time the day before. Van never showed up to pick us up. When I spoke with the company they said I had called the day before and asked to be picked up in Rome at my drop off hotel. That was not true. I had never called them and only texted to confirm my pickup time (which I had the chat thread through Viator app.). They then hung up on me. I called back and they said to get my own ride and they would issue a refund (which they did). However, the port was chaos. It was very difficult to find a taxi. Ended up having to share one with 4 other people and go to the airport before being taken to Rome. That ride ended up costing me 70 euros more than my booked ride. Horrible experience. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Driver was contactable and on time, The great price split 5 ways made it more afordable. Pleanty of room for luggage. Dropped us right at the door.
