Make sure to confirm with final vendor that the booking and any changes made with Viators get to the vendor. Had a glitch on this booking when they did not have a payment for the second part of this booking. Other than that, it was very efficient!

We had a tight connecting time from ship to take-off. Nico met us at the foot of the gangplank and helped tote bags to his nearby car. He delivered us promptly to FCO and reduced our anxiety, all the while sharing about his daily life. It was a delight.
