The bus provided didn’t have working AC and it was a 100 degrees outside. It was unbearably hot in the bus by the time we arrived to our first stop we were all worn out and couldn’t enjoy the rest of the trip. Coming back it was worst.

The tour is worthy, however the bus left Milano 15 minutes late. Also, considering it was a holiday and there was a lot of locals visiting the same places, the provider should have included a Cruise without stops from Como to Bellagio. The boat we took was completely full and the tour guide was not able to provide information during the 2 hour cruise, with several stops.
