At the last minute we had to switch boats and drivers. Ricardo was an excellent host and made our day so much fun!

The boat canceled twice. Once and then a new boat was found. Then the night before the second boat canceled. Extremely unprofessional.

Our guide, Ricky, was the best! He explained so much history of Lake Como. The children loved the entire trip. 2 days was so fun!
