Great trip. Pick up was on time and left promptly on schedule. The coach was comfortable. Our tour guide was well versed and approachable. The Dolomites were spectacular!

Stay spoiled by FRAM. Stuck at the airport for the return, impossible to contact FRAM or its insurance and when we get there we are cut off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! retreats into the style it's not me it's the other. sold me ZEN insurance at 172 euros for the week to have peace of mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! I discovered that I had the same guarantees with my own insurance and the credit card, big scam

Well organised day . Gabriella our tour guide was very informative and funny on the boat ride to St Mark’s Square and the walking tour . We opted for the additional Gondola ride and Lagoon boat tour which only left about 2 hours to wander but we saw so much in a short space of time . It was very busy around St Mark’s Square but I guess it is busy at most times of the year . You only had to wander a few streets away to find alleyways and canals that were much quieter . We stumbled on a really cute book shop with stairs that are made of books . Only downside was our Gondolier who was very brusque . I saw other Gondoliers engaging with their passengers which I’m sure added to the experience .
