Meet the wine expert and explore the Valpolicella valleys and taste local wines like the famous Ripasso and Amarone in two traditional wineries of the region. First stop is a visit to a selected and family-run winery located in the heart of Valpolicella. The winemaker will show you the wine cellar, the vineyards and tell you the secrets of the production. Then, you will enjoy a wine tasting, including the great Amarone, paired with some local products. After taking some stunning pictures of the hills and vineyards you will depart to reach the second winery where you will have more tastings and compare the perfumes of the wines. The producer will show you the barrels, the drying process and the vineyards that create the unique and world-famous Valpolicella wines and you'll enjoy a second wine tasting session before going back to Sirmione.

Very nice Palace good foods and bardolino wine is perfect with pasta and meet. Athmostpher was great and climet on oct was still warm.

We had a lovely day with Stefano yesterday. He is very knowledgeable about both the area and the production of the wine We were warmly welcomed at the 2 vineyards Novaia and Corte Borghetti Both great tours and wine pairing. It was impossible to pick a favourite wine Thank you all again

Lovely time trying our different wines, especially at Barbara’s beautiful estate. We were the only ones who had booked the tour from bardolino so we got our own private tour. Romantic with different wines, cold cuts and cheeses at the wine yard and we ended up shipping 13 bottles back home.
