  • Strollers prohibited : to visit the castle, please leave your stroller in the cafeteria (unsupervised) and prefer baby-carriers.
  • Limited number of berths in front of the castle for private vessels. (depth of water shallow).
  • Pets are not admitted in the Castle. However, places are reserved for them at the entrance .
  • Dress code required by our regulations: entry refused to anyone who arrives topless, in bathing suits and/or bare feet.

This castle is essential. It is beautifully preserved. We visit it from the basement to the top of the dungeon. Activity sheets are offered to children. The staff DE the shop is very nice.

Castle wanted with our family (10&11yrs). Beautiful castle from DE Middle Ages. Many beautiful elements visible in the castle. Nicely located on Lake Geneva. DE children liked it but are normally more enthusiastic about castles. I suspect a medieval castle is less fun/interesting for them. What I missed here was a good catering establishment. Only a musty self-service cafe next to the castle.

It was especially fulfilling since I had studied Byron in high school and a friend of my dad’s had visited and brought me back a postcard. Getting my ticket in advance was a time saver. I just walked ahead and the person in the booth saw it and handed me a paper ticket and on I went.
