Driver was to show at 9am pickup and texted at 9 stating would be 11 min late due to traffic and showed up at 9:16. Obviously distracted for some reason he missed our exit for airport. Then when we arrived and gave a tip which was not truly deserving, he asked did we pay. The entire service is not what I would call standard and for the price we paid I expected more. Our arrival pick up with another comfy was superior.
