We actually got picked up at Basel and traveled to Adelboden - our Driver was Miguel. Very friendly, great conversation over the two hour trip to Adelboden. We rode in a new, clean Tesla x which was fun and even stopped for a quick takeaway lunch. Miguel went the extra mile when we arrived at the cable car that takes us to our mountaintop hotel and translated for us and helped us figure out where we were going and what we needed to do. A+++ rating

The driver met us on time in arrivals, and got right on the road to the Alps! Nice new vehicle, Comfortable and provided water.
