Our flight was cancelled by the airline at 16 hours notice and we immediately contacted Alp Transfer. They told us that they would not transport us the following day unless we paid again in full. We have paid E400 and do not understand why they will not agree to reschedule our transfer or why they will not refund us any of our E400 despite now incurring no fuel cost and presumably limited driver cost. Shocking service. Avoid this company.
