Totally worth it.A great cruise with many things to see.All the family enjoyed it and definitely recommend it and go again.

The views are lovely, but this is a very busy boat with people packed in everywhere. Ther was no information on where to get headphones, or what app to use to use your own. There was no information either on where the boat goes from apart from "Lucerne" which meant we were left with running about a mile to get to a different dock as when we found out which one it was going from, in this case dock 7. It was nowhere near dock 6 but a long way away on the other side. Hardly anyone was able to use the headphones so it was a silent taxi tour from one side of the lake to pick up passengers and back again. Saying that Lake Lucerne is lovely just dont go on this one.

The lake is of course great, difficult to do something wrong here, but the stuff on board has zero knowledge about the culture of serving beverages. Getting half of a glass prosecco it’s really frustrating in a country of so called “high standards”…
