Very disappointed it would be lucky to get three star rating it is definitely not 4 star. Furniture In supposed to be dinning room very poor its more like a canteen there's no atmosphere the staff are tired and there's to few of them. The entertainment is non existent and it's u comfortable with plastic garden chairs. Why there are so many good reviews I don't k ow or uderstand. The food was of poor quality and often cold.There is one thing a out this hotel and why I didn't transfer to another hotel and that is the cleanliness it is very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly the location of the hotel is great two minutes tothe shops and beach I wouldnt stay here again and the star rating g needs.looking at it is not four star standard.it would struggle to get three stars

Our transfer from airport to thb flora hotel Puerto del Carmen, was great even though our flight was delayed, they got us there safe and journey was good,there and back would recommend. Our holiday was fantastic from start to finish. Hotel was much more then we could of asked for.it was up a hill but they put on a coach 3 times a day. First visit to lanzorote and can not wait to go back .
