    For anyone fascinated with volcanoes the Timanfaya visitor centre is not to be missed. The exhibition also includes a seismograph, meteosat and meteorological station and there are videos and interactive maps.

    The Lagomar Museum, also known as the House of Omar Sharif, is a wonderful construction sheltered among the remains of an old quarry in the small town of Nazaret. The house, which was originally conceived by César Manrique and designed by artist Jesus Soto is a perfect combination of art and nature, with tunnels, caves and terraces. Each corner designed with beautiful detail.

What a last day in Lanzarote. All thanks ro our amazing guide Alejandro. He took us to some great places with lots of information. The lunch with freshly caght fish in a restaurant right by the sea was fabulous.

The tour guide, was excellent, her knowledge of the island was wonderful, she made it for me. The bus driver was wonderful, he knew those roads very well, I felt very safe.
