Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Please change your ticket over for boarding passes at the office of Líneas Romero, situated in the harbour.
Important: Valid passport or ID card is needed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked 4 ferry tickets a couple days ahead at the port terminal building. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. He gave us detailed instructions in English about the ferry trip, when/where to board, and what to expect (choppy sea, strong wind). On the day of the trip, we returned our rental car at the port, then pulled our suitcases to the pier. Exactly at 12:30pm the ferry arrived, the crew took our suitcases to load onto the front of the ferry, we lined up to board. Very spacious, super clean, plenty of comfortable seats, and a coffee/cocktail bar located in main level. Once the ferry pulled out of the port, we went up to upper deck to take photos of Lanzarote island behind. Sea was choppy, ferry was rocking up and down but not too bad. Gorgeous scenery! Such a fast ride, we reached Fuerteventura island in 30 min! Once it docked, we got off, our suitcases already unloaded waiting for us on the pier. We picked up our new rental car and off we went! The whole ferry ride operation was super easy, convenient, fast, and very affordable compared to other ferry companies. Highly recommend Lineas Romero Ferry.

My wife and I encountered a 3 hour + delay for our return flight back to the UK. Under the terms of my contract with Jet 2 I would like to apply for the following compensation : flight delay compensation for 2 passengers, return taxi to home address from airport, additional pet sitting fees encountered, no sustenance allowance provided at airport (breach of contract), Jet 2 terminal staff were clueless and rude (suggest immediate training). Having worked in Aviation for 25 yrs + this was abysmal Ref EU261
