SCAMMERS! I explained my flight would be delayed as there were issues with aeroplane. Company called once when I was without reception during flight and landed later then arrival time. Still have no lt heard back, scammed me of €113.98. Not to mention having to pay again. They are the cheapest for a reason stay away i warned you!!!

It was warm and pretty hot at the airport, a long queue for jetties and again a long queue for passports and security, but when we stood in the babysitting, an employee noticed my daughter's (adult) sunshine string (she has autism) and took us out of the queue and directly to a special desk where we showed passports and went to a special security where there was peace and time. This made the trip through the airport tolerable for her, as standing in line with many people nearby is really difficult for her. So much thanks from here.

Worst customer service ever. We paid for a saloon car transfer and despite providing irrefutable proof that we did not receive the vehicle paid for, the owner sent us joke responses with fake car details. This is the rudest and most obtuse and arrogant response ever. Avoid at all costs, especially if you want to avoid being transferred with motor oil. Zero stars is the actual review. Mr. Maksin Hristov has no respect for customers or the truth
