Our journey will begin in Bucharest and the first stop will be at Hotnitsa natural park, which is nestled in the picturesque mountains of Bulgaria. This medieval fortress was the former home to Bulgarian royalty and is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
