The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Foreign language ministers are available on request and are subject to availability. Ceremonies are available in English, French, Japanese, Italian, German and Spanish (please advise at time of booking if language other than English is required)
Please request color of flowers (white, red, pink, peach) and style (fresh or silk) at time of booking
You will only need your passport or other photo identification at the courthouse. You will not be required to have any other documentation (divorce decrees are not necessary in Nevada). Renewal of vows will not require documentation
Price quoted is for 6 passengers per helicopter, subject to weights provided (bride and groom and up to 2 guests plus a minister and photographer). Extra seats available with the purchase of an additional helicopter.
Prior to your travel date, all passenger weights MUST be advised to the supplier. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call the supplier and advise them of this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 275lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
Please Note: Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was the most perfect Amazing experience! It was everything I dreamed of and more! The chapel brought the flowers, the minister was wonderful! The helicopter pilot was Great! The photographer was perfect!

We had the most prefect wedding day on Valentine’s Day. The views were incredible, the helicopter was amazing and the wedding was just as we wanted; no pressure and intimate. We laughed, cried and enjoyed every single moment. All staff were great, especially the photographer Tom. The day was everything we hoped for and more. The bouquet was more beautiful than I imagined. We are grateful to have the most amazing memories of a truly special wedding. Thank you! Stu & Tamer.

Terrible! i was set booked and paid for me and my husband to get married at the grand canyon. charge me $4,200 ask me the date & time i wanted & all was set for us to get married 3:00pm to get pictures under the sunset & fly back to Vegas strip & see the lights at night. lady tells me as soon as i get the email to call the number to confirm time for pick up. so as soon as i got the email i called to make sure when to be ready and they go on to tell me that they were completely booked, ruined my day completely, everything was paid set even the flowers i chose and she also put me on hold to make sure they pick me up at the time i wanted. Whats worse is that if i didn't call to confirm they wouldn't have told me that they weren't going to be able to do it & we would of sat outside like idiots waiting on them. Lady said to get refund & that would of taken awhile because of it being $4,200 or try another day. thank God we were able to set for the next day but 10 am i was very disappointed and upset, but i can say I'm happy i married the love of my life @ least that went well and the experience was amazing breath taken & out of this world, but the lack of customer service, the lack of communication with this third party not communicating with the actual people is bizarre how they can & will ruin your day. & only reason why i chose this because it was the only thing that kept popping up and the chapel directs number isn't there to call them directly only after dealing with Viator and paying everything is when they provide you with their number of the chapel that handling your wedding. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
