Great pickup and drop off service. Going in and through the canyon was amazing. And learned some history about the Hoover damn along the way.

Great pilot, great ride. Pilot had us staring at a wall in front of us. Quit a thrill. Only complaint is a little cramped in back. Too tight to one another. Other than that, 5 star !

We booked a 3:15 trip and I got a call later in the day asking if I minded going on an earlier trip in order to fill a full tour (6 passengers). We agreed and were told by the scheduler that she'd put a note in so we'd have the front seat. Get to the actual helicopter after safety briefing and am placed in the smallest of 6 seats in the aircraft, a little late to protest as the pilot says it's for weight distribution. Mind you, when you sign up, you have to enter your height AND weight. I'm 6'1"/220 and stood about 7" taller than the 5 other female passengers. I was seated in the L rear seat about 30 seconds before take off, even after my protest, was told it was due to weight distribution. I felt baited and switched, then spent the next 90 minutes with my knees at my chest and my neck flexed down in order to see out the window. The views were beautiful but my experience was not enjoyable at all.
