The driver Douglas was great. We could not get a shuttle to downtown Vegas so Douglas step in. And informed us that he would take us for the same price. He also took us shopping before we got to the Hotel. We arranged to be picked up and he was there before the pickup time. Douglas was very professional and helpful. We thank you Douglas for everything.
